Because our services involve custom design, software development, and digital work, refunds are not guaranteed once work has started. Each refund request will be reviewed fairly based on the circumstances.
2. Deposit Payments
Any advance payment or deposit made before the project begins is generally non-refundable, as it reserves development time, planning, and project resources.
3. Eligible Refunds
A full or partial refund may be considered if:
The project has not yet started.
Code FX is unable to begin the project for reasons within our control.
Both parties mutually agree to cancel the project before significant work has been completed.
The refund amount, if approved, will depend on the amount of work already completed.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided if:
Development work has already started.
The client changes their mind after approving the project.
The client delays the project by failing to provide required information, content, or feedback.
The project is completed according to the agreed requirements.
Additional features requested during development increase the project scope.
5. Project Cancellation
If the client decides to cancel the project after development has started, payment may still be required for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
If Code FX cancels the project for reasons within our control, we may provide a partial or full refund based on the work completed.
6. Digital Products
Unless otherwise stated, digital products such as templates, source code, downloadable files, plugins, or software licenses are non-refundable once they have been delivered or downloaded.
7. Revision Instead of Refund
If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, we encourage you to contact us first. Whenever possible, we will work with you to resolve issues through revisions, bug fixes, or reasonable improvements within the agreed project scope.
