1. Services

Code FX provides digital solutions, including but not limited to:

• Website Development

• Mobile Application Development

• Desktop Software Development

• Game Development

• UI/UX Design

• API Integration

• Custom Software Development

• Software Maintenance and Support

The scope of each project will be defined in a separate agreement, proposal, or quotation.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate project requirements.

• Supply all necessary content, images, logos, and other materials.

• Review project progress and provide timely feedback.

• Make payments according to the agreed schedule.

Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect the project timeline.

3. Project Timeline

Estimated delivery dates are based on the agreed project scope. Changes requested after development has started may result in additional costs and extended delivery time.

4. Payments

Project pricing and payment terms will be outlined in the quotation or agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit may be required before work begins.

• Remaining payments are due according to the agreed milestones or before final delivery.

• Late payments may delay project completion or service delivery.

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed project scope. Requests that significantly change the original requirements may be treated as additional work and billed separately.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• The client receives ownership of the completed project after full payment.

• Code FX retains ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, templates, reusable components, and pre-existing intellectual property used during development.

• Code FX may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose confidential project details without permission, except where required by law.

8. Warranty and Support

After project delivery, Code FX may provide a limited warranty period for fixing development-related bugs, as specified in the project agreement.

New features, enhancements, or changes requested after project completion are considered separate work unless covered by a maintenance agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Code FX is not responsible for:

• Business losses or lost profits.

• Data loss caused by third-party services or client actions.

• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Issues arising from modifications made by third parties after project delivery.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

10. Third-Party Services

Projects may include third-party tools, hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, plugins, or cloud services. Their availability, pricing, and policies are governed by their respective providers.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project under the terms agreed in the project contract. Any work completed before termination may be billed accordingly.

12. Changes to These Terms

Code FX reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with the revised date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the country or jurisdiction in which Code FX operates.
